Is Hypnosis Safe? Yes. Hypnosis is a safe process.
Is there any possibility of harm to me? Anything that could hurt you in normal waking state could hurt you in trance state. Working with an ethical hypnotist who is trained in giving well formed suggestions will provide you with a safe experience.
Will I remember? You are always aware at some level, and some people enter such a deep state that their memories of the experience fade quickly upon completing the trance state. Sometimes the issues worked on are satisfied so thoroughly that your conscious mind doesn't need to pay attention to it anymore, which may cause you to consciously file away the experience as complete, a simple reason you may forget things about the session. For those who remember to forget, it may be that there is something that they are not yet feeling strong enough to deal with. Most people remember some or all of the session.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis? No. You can't get stuck in hypnosis anymore than you can get stuck in sleep.
Can you make me do things I normally wouldn't do? No. Since you are always aware at some level, it is impossible to make you do something against your personal, moral, or religious beliefs.
Can you make me do things that other people want me to do? No. You have to want the goals you set for yourself.
Will I tell you secrets i don't want known? Absolutely not. People can withhold information and lie in hypnosis just as freely as they can in their normal daily activities
