We will explore how motivated you are to achieve that, and how to engage the unengaged parts of you so that you are more fully aligned with your goals and values. We will explore mindful exploration of different ways to look at the same situation. We will seek stuckness, it is our signal "look here". We will look at regressions, decisions, and choices, and explore forgiveness in order to restore self love, and love of others.
Each day you will practice being a hypnotist and a hypnosis volunteer.
After an exercise is demonstrated, practice with cohorts and volunteers. This material is best learned by practicing. Practice with as many different people as you can find willing to engage in this natural psychoeducational process of learning, growth, and development; so that you can observe different responses.
After each practice session, we will reconvene as a group to share our experiences, questions, and insights. Plan to be done no later than 8:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
